Here at The Workplace Depot the majority of us love nothing more than a kick about from time to time and of course, watching a bit of foot
y. Thus, after careful consideration, a bit of persuasion and a lot of work to get back into shape, we have finally decided to set up our 6-a-side football team.
The Team
Our Workplace Depot dream team is made up of 8 players; including warehouse staff, web staff and a member of the sales team. All members of the team have a long lasting, well established love for football and either played in the past or still currently (try to) play.
The Team Kit
It was quite hard work having everybody decide on the colours but in the end we came up with something decent. Here is a sneak peak of if. And on top of it we even bought a couple of balls, just to be on the safe side.
The Team Song!
As every serious football team MUST have a theme song, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share with you our very own football success idea: The good ol’ We are the Champions. Predictable you say? Nah.
The Season Thus Far
After what I can only describe as a kickabout on the park to see if we can all still kick a ball in a straight line, we have grown from strength to strength, participating in our opening 3 matches.

After our unbeaten start to the season we are proudly sat at the top of one of the Bingham Leisure Leagues confident that we can carry on our run of form and have a strong finish this season.
